Recruiting Specialist

Working remotely on a contract basis, the Recruiting Specialist will manage outbound recruiting strategies, develop job descriptions, and conduct interviews while supporting the onboarding process for candidates across the Northeast Region. Key responsibilities Become an internal expert on effective recruiting strategies and onboarding experiences Source and attract candidates using various platforms while managing recruitment experiments Conduct interviews and assess applicants' qualifications while maintaining organized workflows Required qualifications Proven work experience as a Recruiter, either in-house or with a staffing agency Hands-on experience with various selection processes, including video and phone interviewing Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Candidate Management Systems (CMS) Strong decision-making skills Bilingual abilities in English and Spanish preferred but not required
