Skilled Construction Workers Needed

Treasure Holdings, an established renovation contractor specializing in multi-family property renovations across 30+ markets nationwide, is hiring skilled construction workers for immediate work in Juneau, AK. Top performers will have the opportunity to travel and work on projects across the country.

What You'll Be Doing

• Interior demolition and unit turnover prep
• Hanging and finishing moisture-resistant drywall, plus drywall repair
• Installing vinyl rigid core overlay flooring and rubber cove base
• Installing kitchen cabinets, bathroom vanities, and laminate/cultured marble countertops
• Finish carpentry: window sills, quarter round, shoe molding, trim, and blocking
• Installing tub/shower surrounds (Aqua walls and cultured marble)
• Installing doors hardware, deadbolts, bath accessories, blinds, and closet shelving
• Setting appliances (ranges, refrigerators, range hoods)
• Interior painting, prep, and final cleaning

Requirements

• Willingness to travel for out-of-state projects
• Experience with multi-family unit renovations preferred
