Position Overview

We are seeking a Customer Service Assistant to support customer communications, appointment scheduling, and daily office operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others and providing excellent service.

Key Responsibilities

Assist customers with general inquiries by phone, email, and in person

  • Schedule appointments and maintain customer records
  • Provide professional follow-up communication regarding appointments and services

Requirements:

  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team environment
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required
