We are seeking a Customer Service Assistant to support customer communications, appointment scheduling, and daily office operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others and providing excellent service.
Key Responsibilities

Assist customers with general inquiries by phone, email, and in person
- Schedule appointments and maintain customer records
- Provide professional follow-up communication regarding appointments and services
- Support administrative and office coordination tasks
- Direct customer inquiries to the appropriate team members
- Help maintain a welcoming and customer-focused environment
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, organized, and customer-focused attitude
- Basic computer skills, including email and data entry
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team environment
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required
