Beachside Golf Cars is hiring a  Regional Sales Manager  to lead sales performance across a multi-store territory covering  Florida. This role is responsible for the results in your market—sales volume, gross, lead conversion, showroom execution, and team performance.

Let’s be real now:  this is not a desk job. You will travel constantly between stores, work weekends, and be hands-on with Sales Managers and reps every week. We’re looking for someone who brings big energy, stays positive, and can push teams to close—especially when deals get tough.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

You are the sales leader for your territory. You will:

Oversee sales performance across all stores in your territory

Lead and develop store Sales Managers and sales teams

Help teams close deals and improve conversion

Keep showrooms professional, clean, and ready to sell

Enforce strong lead response and follow-up habits

Drive attachment of accessories, upgrades, and warranties/service plans

Manage inventory across stores (transfers, merchandising readiness, aging awareness, and ensuring the right product mix by location)

Report performance consistently using CRM and spreadsheets

What You’ll Do (Day-to-Day)

Visit stores regularly and set the tempo: urgency, professionalism, and customer focus.

Break down monthly goals into weekly targets by store and manager.

Identify underperforming stores fast and execute a turnaround plan.

Coach Sales Managers and Reps

Train Sales Managers to run the floor: huddles, pipeline reviews, accountability, and coaching.

Work side-by-side with reps to improve walkarounds, objections, follow-up, and closing.

Push the team to close big deals without giving away margin.

Improve Lead Conversion

Ensure fast response to all inbound leads.

Make sure every store runs a consistent follow-up process (calls/text/email).

Keep CRM clean: notes, next steps, tasks, and accurate pipeline stages.

Drive Profitability (Accessories / Warranties / Upgrades)

Coach teams to sell upgrades and accessories (lights, lifts, wheels/tires, enclosures, audio, etc.).

Drive warranty/service plan attachment and backend add-ons.

Support pricing discipline and protect margin across the region.

Inventory Oversight & Optimization (Across Stores)

Monitor inventory across all assigned stores to ensure the right mix is available in each market.

Coordinate inter-store transfers to support sales demand and prevent aged inventory.

Ensure units are staged, photographed, and presented properly to sell quickly.

Track aging units and work with store teams on action plans to move inventory (merchandising, pricing strategy within guidelines, promotions, swaps).

Partner with leadership on ordering recommendations and product mix improvements.

Showroom Execution

Ensure stores are “walk-in ready” every day: staged carts, clean showroom, strong merchandising.

Ensure listings and photos are strong (Marketplace/classifieds) and teams respond quickly.

Reporting & Communication

Submit weekly performance updates and store visit recaps.

Track results using CRM reports and  spreadsheets  (KPIs, pipeline, inventory aging, attachment, store action plans).

Communicate clearly with leadership and store teams.

Travel & Schedule Expectations

Heavy travel is required  across  Florida.

Weekends are required  (retail—this is when business happens).

Expect early mornings, late days, and high responsiveness.

This Role Is Not for Everyone

Let’s be real now:  if you want a Monday–Friday desk role, this isn’t it.

To succeed here you must be:

Positive, optimistic, and open-minded

Comfortable coaching people and holding them accountable

Comfortable jumping into live deals and pushing the team to close

Organized and disciplined with follow-up, reporting, and inventory management

Willing to travel a lot

Qualifications

5+ years of sales experience (golf carts, automotive, powersports, RV, marine, or similar)

2+ years of leadership experience (multi-store preferred)

Strong closing and coaching ability

Experience managing inventory and moving aged units (transfers, merchandising, pricing support)

Strong CRM discipline and comfort using spreadsheets

Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel heavily

What We Offer

W-2 position with competitive pay (base + performance bonus)

Growth opportunity in a fast-scaling dealership group

A leadership role with real impact across multiple stores and states
