Physical Therapist - Charlotte, NC

We are seeking licensed Physical Therapists to join our growing outpatient clinic in Charlotte, NC. This role involves delivering evidence-based, whole-health care to patients recovering from personal injuries, with a focus on restoring them to the highest possible functional level. Both experienced therapists and strong new graduates are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based practice
• Perform and interpret diagnostic tests within the scope of physical therapy
• Establish short- and long-term clinically appropriate goals
• Monitor and respond to patients' physical and mental status during treatment
• Administer therapy modalities including exercise, massage, heat/cold therapy, electrical stimulation, ultrasound, and others
• Maintain accurate documentation to support ICD-10 and CPT coding for billing

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy and 2+ years of experience OR Doctorate in Physical Therapy
• Current, unrestricted North Carolina Physical Therapy License (required)
• Preferred certification: McKenzie Method of Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy
• Outpatient clinic experience preferred, but strong new grads will be considered
