Summary
Our client is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various accounting tasks to ensure the organization’s financial health and compliance with accounting standards.
Job Function
- Prepare and post journal entries in accordance with accounting standards.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations across multiple accounts.
- Conduct general ledger account reconciliations and detailed account analysis.
- Support daily cash management activities, including cash flow reporting.
- Process wire transfers and tax-related payments accurately and on time.
- Assist with year-end audit preparation and provide supporting documentation.
- Collaborate with the finance team on special projects and ad hoc reporting needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required.
- 1-5 years of accounting experience.
- Experience with journal entries, account reconciliations, and general ledger analysis.
- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis).
- Healthcare industry experience is a plus.
