Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake a wide range of baked goods, ensuring adherence to recipes and quality standards
• Decorate cakes and pastries with precision, creativity, and attention to detail
• Manage food preparation tasks efficiently while maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
• Package baked items securely for retail or catering purposes, ensuring freshness and presentation
• Follow food safety protocols diligently, including proper food handling and sanitation practices
• Assist in inventory management by monitoring ingredient levels and rotating stock appropriately
• Contribute to high-volume production processes while maintaining consistency in taste, texture, and appearance

Requirements

• Proven experience in baking, pastry arts, or culinary environments with a focus on baked goods production
• Strong knife skills and proficiency in food preparation techniques
• Knowledge of cake decorating, food industry standards, and food safety management systems
• Ability to work efficiently in high-volume settings with excellent time management skills
• Familiarity with packaging processes and food handling regulations
• Previous experience in catering or restaurant environments is preferred but not mandatory
• Demonstrated customer service skills with a positive attitude towards teamwork and client satisfaction
