Our Security Guards are the first point of contact with our customers and vendors. This position is responsible for securing all gates and buildings, making hourly rounds, directing deliveries to correct locations, and assisting in distribution of manifests.
Ensuring all gates and entrances are always closed and secured
Checking in delivery drivers and vendors
Liaison with Transportation and Operations for directing of deliveries
Maintaining accurate information regarding location of loads in the plant and 10-day yard
Maintaining an accurate log of all entries to and exits from the plant
Hourly rounds of the property including Operations buildings
Transporting paperwork and copies between the front office and delivery drivers
Available to work 3rd shift
Perform other reasonably related tasks as assigned by management
Must be 18 years of age or older
High School Diploma or GED
1+ year verifiable experience in security
