Senior Accounts Receivable Accountant

Leading a small team, the full-time Senior Accounts Receivable Accountant will ensure accurate loan receivable accounting, maintain compliance with U.S. GAAP, and implement financial controls while working remotely. Key responsibilities Manage and develop a team of Accounts Receivable staff through coaching and performance feedback Develop and maintain internal controls and reconciliation procedures to ensure financial reporting integrity Identify opportunities for process improvements and partner with IT and business leaders for enhancements Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field, or equivalent work experience CPA designation preferred 4 years of progressive accounting experience or 3 years of public accounting experience 1 year of people management or supervisory experience Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP
