Handle personnel-related matters including but not limited to interviewing, hiring, training, coaching, evaluating, counseling, and discharging staff.

Establish department guidelines, rules and regulations and training programs.

Coordinate scheduling and assign employees in alignment with business needs.

Handle customer complaints and concerns.

Prepare and distribute assignments.

Inspect and approve cleaning of all assigned areas; review status of assignments and follow-up as needed.

Check all cleaning aids and equipment to ensure that they are in proper working order and are in compliance with safety standards.

Other duties as assigned by management

Must be at least 21 years of age.

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Three (3) years of experience in housekeeping management and Executive

Housekeeper Certification preferred.

Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.

Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds.

Other physical requirements include but are not limited to bending, reaching, kneeling, squatting, climbing, pushing, and pulling.

May be exposed to casino-related environmental factors including but not limited to excessive noise and second-hand smoke.

Must be able to operate and demonstrate the proper use of all equipment.

Must have general computer skills.

Must have strong organizational and communication skills.

Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary certifications and/or licenses.
