AM Line Cook
ButterMilk Ranch is seeking a dedicated Line Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. The ideal candidate is passionate about food, maintains a high standard of quality, and thrives in a fast-paced kitchen environment. This role involves creating dishes based on our chef's specifications, prepping ingredients, and maintaining a clean, efficient cooking station.
Responsibilities:
Prepare dishes in accordance with chef's specifications, ensuring consistent quality.
Maintain a clean and organized cooking station, adhering to health and safety standards.
Prep daily mise en place, setting up your station for success.
Follow proper food handling and sanitation standards to guarantee guest safety.
Cooperate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of cooking experience in a professional kitchen.
Basic knife skills and familiarity with standard kitchen equipment.
Understanding of cooking techniques and methods.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Food handler's certification, or ability to obtain one.
Flexibility to work in various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Reliable transportation to and from work.
