About the Role

Our client is looking for a  Creative Project Manager  to oversee the successful execution of creative projects for eCommerce brands. This role serves as the primary liaison between clients and internal creative teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and at the highest quality standards.

You'll manage multiple concurrent projects—including website builds, email marketing campaigns, ad creative, and creative strategy—while collaborating closely with designers, marketers, and senior leadership. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, client-focused, and experienced managing creative workflows within an agency environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage multiple creative projects from kickoff through final delivery.

Coordinate project timelines, priorities, and deliverables between clients and internal creative teams.

Lead client communication, providing regular updates and managing expectations throughout each project.

Oversee creative calendars to ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget.

Collaborate with senior creative leadership on marketing and creative strategy initiatives.

Support ongoing creative optimization for eCommerce brands and digital marketing campaigns.

Review deliverables to ensure quality assurance and alignment with client expectations.

Serve as the primary liaison between clients, designers, and cross-functional teams.

Identify project risks, manage competing priorities, and proactively resolve issues.

Foster strong client relationships while advocating for both client needs and internal teams.
