You, Our Ideal Candidate

You are an experienced culinary leader with strong kitchen management skills and a commitment to excellence. You bring creativity, organization, and passion for serving others. You excel at maintaining high standards of food quality, safety, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

As the Executive Chef, you will oversee kitchen operations and food preparation for residents, guests, and staff. Your responsibilities include:

  • Leading and managing daily kitchen functions, staff, and food production
  • Ensuring high-quality food presentation, consistency, and taste
  • Maintaining health, safety, and hygiene standards in accordance with HACCP protocols
  • Managing inventory, food cost controls, and minimizing waste and loss
  • Supervising and training culinary staff to meet departmental goals
  • Upholding kitchen cleanliness, equipment maintenance, and food storage standards
  • Supporting the mission and values of the organization through excellent service delivery

Requirements

  • High School Diploma and Culinary Arts train ing required
  • Culinary Arts degree or ACF certification strongly preferred
  • Serv Safe Certification required
  • Minimum of 3 years of related culinary and supervisory experience in a healthcare , hospitality, or similar setting
  • HACCP training preferred
  • Customer service orientation and a collaborative leadership style
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
