Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Home Health

Patient Centered Services is currently seeking an experienced and compassionate CNA to join our home health team in the Dallas area.

Requirements:

• Active CNA certification in Texas
• Previous Home Health experience required
• Axxess software experience REQUIRED
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Ability to travel throughout the Dallas area
• Professional, dependable, and patient-centered attitude
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with personal care and activities of daily living
• Complete documentation accurately in Axxess
• Communicate effectively with nurses and office staff
• Deliver compassionate care in patients’ homes

Position Details:

• Pay per visit: $20–$25
• Flexible schedule

We are looking for someone who is organized, experienced in home health, and comfortable working independently while providing excellent patient care.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
