Senior Mortgage Loan Processor

To support the mortgage processing team, the full-time Senior Mortgage Loan Processor will compile and audit loan information, coordinate files to closing, and serve as a knowledgeable resource for mortgage loan officers and other processors, with the option to work remotely from Texas or Oklahoma. Key responsibilities Verify and audit all loan documents and information provided by customers and loan officers Process loans for underwriting, including reviewing appraisals and supporting documents Prepare files for closing by auditing title work, surveys, and necessary compliance documentation Required qualifications High school graduate or equivalent Minimum of 5 years of experience in mortgage loan processing Understanding of FHA, VA, and Conventional Mortgage Lending Familiarity with Encompass software is preferred Knowledge of mortgage-related requirements, procedures, and underwriting criteria
