What You’ll Do

• Diagnose and repair commercial HVAC/R systems independently
• Handle complex service calls across refrigeration, electrical, and controls
• Execute preventative maintenance with precision and efficiency
• Own your calls end-to-end with minimal oversight

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years commercial HVAC/R experience (required)
• Strong diagnostic capability across refrigeration, electrical, and controls
• Proven ability to operate independently in the field
• EPA Universal Certification (required)
• Valid driver’s license

Compensation & Benefits

• $38 – $48 per hour (based on capability and field independence)
