About the Role
As a Private Duty LVN with Cheer Health Care, you will deliver high-quality, one-on-one skilled nursing care to seniors and adults with disabilities. We are looking for compassionate nurses with vibrant personalities who want to make a meaningful, daily difference in our clients' lives.
Key Responsibilities
Skilled Clinical Care: Provide exceptional hands-on care, including wound care, medication management, and the ongoing monitoring of chronic conditions.
Care Coordination: Collaborate closely with physicians, rehabilitation services, and other healthcare providers to ensure seamless, comprehensive care.
Client & Family Education: Educate clients and their families on diagnoses, treatment plans, and wellness strategies to ensure clear understanding and peace of mind.
Meticulous Documentation: Maintain highly organized, accurate, and timely clinical documentation of all care provided.
