• Candidates who have spent at least two years working in a warehouse are preferred
• Key proficiencies in reading, writing, and basic calculations
• Basic computer literacy
• Effective written and verbal communication skills are vital
• Fluency in using equipment with strong hand-eye coordination
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and frequently handle loads up to 35 lbs
• A valid driver’s license may be required depending on location, with a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check conducted

• Store perishable items following FIFO inventory procedures
• Operate manual or electric pallet jacks and forklifts after proper training
• Pick, assemble, and organize products, supplies, and equipment to fulfill orders
• Load, unload, and transport goods within the facility or to designated locations using carts or powered equipment
• Complete inventory counts according to established schedules
• Maintain accurate records including inventory logs, temperature checks, spoilage reports, and equipment inspections
• Keep warehouse areas clean and orderly, including loading docks, break rooms, restrooms, and storage areas
• Follow all safety procedures, OSHA regulations, SDS guidelines, and emergency protocols
• Wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment at all times
• Safeguard company and client assets
• Maintain professional interactions with clients, coworkers, vendors, and visitors
• Attend meetings and perform additional duties as assigned
