Medical Assistant & Luxury Client Experience Coordinator

What You'll DoMedical Assistant Responsibilities

Assisting providers with aesthetic treatments and procedures

• Rooming patients, obtaining medical history, and documenting visits
• Performing phlebotomy, blood draws, specimen processing, and lab coordination
• Managing wellness labs, reviewing incoming results, and communicating with patients as directed by providers
• Administering injections (if applicable within scope)
• Preparing treatment rooms and maintaining inventory/supplies
• Educating patients on pre/post-care instructions
• Scheduling appointments and assisting with patient follow-up
• Supporting front office workflow and creating a seamless luxury patient experience

Luxury Client Experience Responsibilities

• Deliver a warm, five-star welcome to every client.
• Coordinate appointments and provider schedules.
• Answer phones, text messages, and client inquiries professionally.
• Process payments, memberships, and retail purchases.
• Educate clients on skincare, memberships, and treatment recommendations.
• Help create an elevated, luxury experience that exceeds expectations.

Qualifications

• Medical Assistant certification or equivalent experience preferred.
• Experience in a medspa, dermatology, plastic surgery, cosmetic dentistry, medical office, or luxury hospitality is highly desirable.
• Excellent customer service and computer skills.
• Full-time availability with Saturdays required.
