What You'll DoMedical Assistant Responsibilities
Assisting providers with aesthetic treatments and procedures
- Rooming patients, obtaining medical history, and documenting visits
- Performing phlebotomy, blood draws, specimen processing, and lab coordination
- Managing wellness labs, reviewing incoming results, and communicating with patients as directed by providers
- Administering injections (if applicable within scope)
- Preparing treatment rooms and maintaining inventory/supplies
- Educating patients on pre/post-care instructions
- Scheduling appointments and assisting with patient follow-up
- Supporting front office workflow and creating a seamless luxury patient experience
Luxury Client Experience Responsibilities
- Deliver a warm, five-star welcome to every client.
- Coordinate appointments and provider schedules.
- Answer phones, text messages, and client inquiries professionally.
- Process payments, memberships, and retail purchases.
- Educate clients on skincare, memberships, and treatment recommendations.
- Help create an elevated, luxury experience that exceeds expectations.

Qualifications
- Medical Assistant certification or equivalent experience preferred.
- Experience in a medspa, dermatology, plastic surgery, cosmetic dentistry, medical office, or luxury hospitality is highly desirable.
- Excellent customer service and computer skills.
- Full-time availability with Saturdays required.
