What You'll Do

  • Provide Skilled OT Care: Perform in-home assessments to address activities of daily living (ADLs), instrumental ADLs, and home safety.
  • Develop Adaptive Strategies: Create personalized treatment plans focusing on energy conservation, use of adaptive equipment, and functional strengthening for daily tasks.
  • Manage Your Visits: Schedule and conduct patient home visits based on your preferred caseload and availability.
  • Collaborate for Coordinated Care: Work with a supportive team to ensure a holistic approach to each patient's plan of care.
  • Document Efficiently:Use one simple EMR system for all notes (with tools available to minimize documentation time!)

What You'll Need

  • Valid California Occupational Therapist license
  • CPR or BLS certification
  • Driver’s license and auto insurance
  • Physical + TB test (within the last year)
  • Professional liability and business license (if applicable)
