Server / Waiter — Georgian Restaurant in Manhattan

Oda House NYC is looking for a friendly, reliable, and hospitality-driven Server / Waiter to join our team at our Georgian restaurant in Manhattan.

We are a Georgian restaurant known for authentic cuisine, warm service, natural Georgian wines, and a welcoming atmosphere. Our guests come to Oda House not only for dinner, but for a cultural dining experience — and our service team plays a key role in making every visit feel personal and memorable.

Position Overview

As a Server / Waiter, you will be responsible for welcoming guests, taking food and drink orders, explaining menu items, providing attentive table service, and helping create a smooth and enjoyable dining experience.

This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys working with people, understands restaurant service, and wants to be part of a team that values hospitality, professionalism, and care.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and make them feel welcome
• Present menus and answer questions about food, drinks, and Georgian cuisine
• Take food and beverage orders accurately
• Enter orders into the POS system
• Communicate clearly with kitchen and bar staff
• Serve food and drinks in a timely and professional manner
• Check on guests throughout their meal and respond to their needs
• Help recommend dishes, wines, and menu pairings when appropriate
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, service areas, and dining room
• Handle guest requests or concerns with patience and professionalism
• Support the team during busy service hours
