WHAT YOU'LL DO

Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to expand and accredit Anduril’s classified infrastructure accreditation program, leveraging a whole-of-government engagement plan spanning DoD, IC, and Congressional partners as needed

Leverage external partnerships and an understanding of ongoing technology development efforts across Anduril to shape and execute opportunities to accelerate adoption of mission critical technologies

Build relationships with critical government policy makers, authorizing officials, and technical leaders to break through barriers and accelerate adoption of new technologies

Develop and propose complete solutions to our customers’ most complex problems and help craft next-generation authorization processes to see them into production

Build and execute a cohesive, data-driven strategy to shape, capture, and close strategic growth opportunities in new or existing markets that allow us to deliver Anduril’s best-in-class warfighting capabilities to the joint force and international allies

Develop and maintain high-trust relationships across the joint and allied force to collect threat intelligence, understand evolving blue and red TTPs, and increase Anduril’s exposure to relevant testing and evaluation events

Collaborate closely with business executives to develop and execute coordinated approaches to delivering upon contracted business in the Anduril way

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Operational experience across a wide range of military functions (e.g. C2 systems, targeting, air defense, drone employment, underwater operations, etc.) in order to quickly understand the customer landscape and build credibility

Proven ability to work across business functions and exercise influence without authority to achieve unity of effort among disparate stakeholders

Experience building and leading teams to operate in stressful and ambiguous situations

Comfortable with operating independently in isolated, dangerous, and dynamic environments while being the sole representative of Anduril

Experience in the technical, programmatic, and operational challenges of developing and deploying autonomous weapon systems across command echelons

High bandwidth to focus on opportunities that span the spectrum of Anduril hardware and software products, and the spectrum of defense program offices

Experience working with other cultures and mapping human terrain in order to positively represent our company and navigate unfamiliar decision-making chains

Must be able to work in a fast-paced, highly entrepreneurial, and creative environment

A leader who can build, adapt, and implement new and innovative approaches to market

Excellent writing and communication skills and experience briefing senior executives and defense leadership

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Must possess and be able to maintain a U.S. TS/SCI security clearance

Must be willing to travel up to 50% (higher travel possible)

STEM degree or equivalent technical experience

Deep technical aptitude in order to understand novel and emerging threats, technologies, and product capabilities with demonstrated performance in one or more of the following areas: networking, cloud technologies, application development, hardware design, and/or cybersecurity

Minimum of 7 years of relevant technical program management, operations and/or engineering experience in the government and/or private sector

US Salary Range

$220,000 $292,000 USD

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
