About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented person to oversee the day-to-day operations of our apartment portfolio. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. High potential to be a full-time position in near future.

Key Responsibilities

  • Show and lease apartments to prospective tenants
  • Prepare leases and new tenant documentation
  • Collect past-due rent and manage resident relations
  • Handle issue resolution and maintain positive tenant relationships
  • Oversee financial budgeting and variance reporting
  • Manage expense control and vendor/contractor relations
  • Conduct apartment unit move-in/move-out inspections
  • Schedule turnovers and complete security deposit closeout paperwork
  • Monitor property physical condition and perform walkthroughs
  • Respond to tenant maintenance requests and coordinate repairs
  • Manage the maintenance team and communication

Schedule: Monday to Friday (Weekend hours as needed)

Qualifications

  • Education: Associate degree
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year in residential property management
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills

Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

Additional Information

  • Potential for full-time employment based on performance
  • Weekend availability as needed

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
