Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Administrative Assistant to join our accounting team! Duties
- Intake client information, scan and prepare files, and assist in return preparation.
- Maintain and track progress on client projects within firm systems.
- Assist with client contact, whether in person, via telephone, or email.
- Prepare reports and documentation using Word, Excel, Adobe, and other AI systems.
- Support bookkeeping tasks with QuickBooks and Excel
- Provide support for office management tasks, maintain filing systems, and oversee general administrative operations
Experience
- Proven clerical experience in an office environment with strong organizational skills
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe
- Strong customer service experience with professional communication skills
- Familiarity with office management procedures
- Quick learner of new software packages and development of AI Agents
- Bilingual abilities are a plus
