- Homeowner Client Management: Serve as the main operational point of contact for paying homeowners, providing clear, professional communication regarding project timelines and daily build progress.
- High-End Quality Control: Conduct systematic on-site inspections throughout the lifecycle of the residential build to ensure flawless retail craftsmanship, clean jobsites, and maximum property protection.
- Final Sign-Off & Close-Out: Lead final walkthroughs with homeowners to secure formal project sign-offs, collect close-out documentation, and drive positive 5-star customer reviews.
- Safety & Compliance: Maintain total oversight of job site safety, ensuring full compliance with OSHA regulations and local Texas residential building codes.
What You’ll Bring (Job Requirements):

- Proven Industry Experience: 3–5 years of dedicated experience managing field production, purchasing/ordering, or projects in the retail residential roofing, windows, or home remodeling sectors (Required).

- Retail Mindset: A proven track record of dealing directly with consumer out-of-pocket and financed projects, understanding the high expectations of retail homeowners.
- No Insurance Background Needed: This position focuses strictly on contract-paid retail construction execution, not insurance restoration or supplements.
- Elite Organization & Multitasking: Exceptional time-management skills with a built-in ability to handle fluid scheduling, material purchasing, and logistics simultaneously.
- Customer-First Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the polish required to interface comfortably with retail paying clients, vendors, and internal management.
- Physical & Licensure Requirements:
