Desired Background
Masters degree in Speech‑Language Pathology
Current SLP license in New Mexico or eligibility to secure one before starting
Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech‑Language Pathology (CCC‑SLP) preferred
Experience delivering speech/language therapy in schools or similar settings
Strong collaboration and communication abilities
Compassionate approach to working with children across K-12th grades
Open to both local applicants and travelers
Key Responsibilities
Conduct assessments to determine students speech/language development needs
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Deliver direct speech/language therapy to students in individual and group settings
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to optimize student outcomes
Maintain detailed records and progress reports in line with district and state requirements
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning for students
