Job Summary

A PT-owned outpatient orthopedic clinic in Boca Raton, FL is hiring a Physical Therapist to provide hands-on care in a patient-focused setting. This role is ideal for a PT who wants time to treat well, build strong patient relationships, and work in a clinic that values quality over high-volume care.

You will evaluate patients, create treatment plans, guide recovery, and help people return to daily activities, work, sports, and movement with confidence.

Position Details

Setting: Orthopedic Outpatient Office

Patient Volume: 2 patients per hour

Schedule: Flexible — 4-day work schedule or Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Salary: $90,000–$110,000 per year, based on experience

Responsibilities

Evaluate patients with orthopedic, post-surgical, sports, and musculoskeletal conditions

Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and clinical findings

Provide manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, and functional training

Track patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

Educate patients on home exercise programs, recovery timelines, and injury prevention

Complete clear and timely documentation

Collaborate with PTAs and clinic staff to support smooth patient care

Help maintain a positive and professional clinic environment
