This role is focused on traveling across our global portfolio of ongoing projects to conduct technical site surveys, monitor construction progress, and verify the accuracy of as-built conditions against approved architectural and engineering plans.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical surveying expertise with excellent reporting skills and the ability to operate independently across multiple international locations and project environments.

Responsibilities

Conduct initial site surveys of newly acquired plots and development sites, documenting existing terrain, infrastructure, boundaries, elevations, and overall site conditions prior to construction commencement.

Perform regular monthly site visits to active construction projects worldwide to execute as-built surveys and monitor construction progress.

Verify and document the accuracy of executed works compared to architectural drawings, engineering plans, BIM models, and approved construction documentation.

Identify deviations, inconsistencies, construction tolerances, and potential technical issues between the designed project and the actual built conditions.

Produce detailed survey reports, progress documentation, measurements, photographic records, and technical assessments for internal technical and management teams.

Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, project managers, contractors, and technical consultants to ensure project execution aligns with design intent and quality standards.

Maintain accurate records of project status, progress milestones, and survey data across all active developments.
