Property Staff Accountant

Property Staff Accountant | Direct Hire | Full-Time | In Office

Our client is growing and is seeking a Property Staff Accountant to join their collaborative accounting team!

What You'll Be Doing:

• Prepare monthly financial statements
• Perform general ledger and bank reconciliations
• Assist with month-end and year-end close
• Record journal entries and maintain accurate financial records
• Analyze operating expenses and research variances
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities
• Partner with property managers and operations teams
• Assist with audits and special projects
• Work within Yardi to manage financial reporting

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3+ years of recent real estate accounting experience
• Yardi experience is a plus
• Strong understanding of general ledger accounting and financial reporting
