AO Globe Life is expanding its remote sales team and is seeking individuals who enjoy working with people, communicating virtually, and helping families understand their benefit options.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Client Sales Representative, you'll meet virtually with individuals who have already requested information about available benefits. Your role is to educate clients, answer their questions, and help them choose coverage that fits their needs.

Typical responsibilities include:

• Conduct virtual appointments using video conferencing.
• Learn about each client's situation and recommend appropriate benefit options.
• Explain available products in a clear and professional manner.
• Guide clients through the enrollment process.
• Maintain accurate records and follow up with clients as needed.
• Continue developing your skills through company training and coaching.
