Production Team Member

US Colorworks is hiring a Production Team Member in Monroe, NC. This role supports high-volume apparel decoration and fulfillment operations. We are seeking dependable, detail-oriented individuals who can maintain quality standards, work efficiently under deadlines, and contribute to a fast-paced production environment. Full-time and part-time opportunities available. $20$24/hour based on experience and qualifications.

Duties

• Operate within assigned production areas
• Prepare garments and materials for processing
• Perform quality inspections throughout production
• Package and label finished orders accurately
• Meet daily production and accuracy targets
• Follow all workplace safety procedures

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of manufacturing, production, fulfillment, or warehouse experience
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Ability to stand, walk, and remain active for entire shifts
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs regularly
• Strong attention to detail with a low error rate
• Consistent attendance and punctuality required

Additional Qualifications

• Experience with print production, apparel manufacturing, or industrial equipment preferred
• Ability to follow written work instructions without supervision
• Willingness to work overtime during peak production periods
