Compensation: $33.00-$60.00 per hour (commensurate with experience)
Location: Southern California (Primary focus: Los Angeles and San Bernardino Counties, followed by Ventura and Riverside Counties, with Orange County based on business needs)

Our client is a growing provider of respiratory equipment and clinical services dedicated to helping medically complex patients safely transition from hospital to home. They are seeking experienced Respiratory Therapists to deliver compassionate, high-quality care in patients' homes throughout Southern California.
What You'll Do
- Provide in-home respiratory assessments, treatments, and follow-up care for ventilator, tracheostomy, and chronic respiratory patients.
- Educate patients and caregivers on the safe use of ventilators, oxygen, CPAP, and BiPAP equipment.
- Collaborate with physicians to adjust patient care plans and document all clinical activity.
- Participate in a rotating on-call schedule, including weekends.
- Manage new patient starts, follow-up visits, or a combination of both based on experience.
What You Bring
- Current California Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) license.
- RRT or CRT certification.
- Minimum of 3 years of Respiratory Therapist experience.
- Home health experience required.
- Strong knowledge of respiratory equipment and patient education.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the assigned territory.
