Compensation: $33.00-$60.00 per hour (commensurate with experience)

Location: Southern California (Primary focus: Los Angeles and San Bernardino Counties, followed by Ventura and Riverside Counties, with Orange County based on business needs)

Our client is a growing provider of respiratory equipment and clinical services dedicated to helping medically complex patients safely transition from hospital to home. They are seeking experienced Respiratory Therapists to deliver compassionate, high-quality care in patients' homes throughout Southern California.

What You'll Do

  • Provide in-home respiratory assessments, treatments, and follow-up care for ventilator, tracheostomy, and chronic respiratory patients.
  • Educate patients and caregivers on the safe use of ventilators, oxygen, CPAP, and BiPAP equipment.
  • Collaborate with physicians to adjust patient care plans and document all clinical activity.
  • Participate in a rotating on-call schedule, including weekends.
  • Manage new patient starts, follow-up visits, or a combination of both based on experience.

What You Bring

  • Current California Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) license.
  • RRT or CRT certification.
  • Minimum of 3 years of Respiratory Therapist experience.
  • Home health experience required.
  • Strong knowledge of respiratory equipment and patient education.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the assigned territory.
