The Job in a Nutshell

As an Inbound Call Center Assistant, you'll be the friendly voice customers hear when something needs fixing or figuring out. You'll take calls, solve problems, and pick up real communication and problem-solving skills along the way. No two calls play out the same, which keeps every shift interesting.

Your Day-to-Day

• Answer incoming calls in a warm, friendly, and professional way
• Listen closely to understand each caller's needs and find the right solution
• Help customers with orders, accounts, requests, and general questions
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
• Resolve concerns calmly, aiming to leave every caller satisfied
• Log each call and keep customer records up to date
• Pass more complex issues to the right team when needed

Previous customer service, retail, or hospitality experience is a plus , but not required.
