As a member of the IT Team at OnLogic, you are responsible for providing technical support for our core business applications, and maintaining and enhancing our facilities automation services. In this role you will improve our services and provide primary technical support to end users on various issues and problems relating to our internal applications.

We believe in the power of in-person collaboration and the benefits of a strong workplace community. Therefore, this role requires an onsite presence at our South Burlington, VT office. We encourage candidates who are able to relocate or comfortably commute to apply.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for:

Enhancing, troubleshooting, and maintaining our global Facility Automation services and  Physical Access Control System (PACS).

Triaging and resolving incoming support requests related to our ERP, CRM, or eCommerce site.

Developing and running business reports.

Developing knowledge of the OnLogic products and internal processes.

Writing effective documentation and training support for systems.
