Litigation Paralegal (BI)

Your Role:

The Miami office of Kubicki Draper is currently seeking a Litigation Paralegal with three or more years of prior Insurance Defense experience. Solid experience with bodily injury cases highly preferred. Background in pre-suit, civil litigation, auto negligence and/or general liability, a plus.

What You Bring:

Prior experience in insurance defense litigation and/or general liability, preferred.

Prior experience in reviewing and summarizing medical records and bills, preferred.

Excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as strong organizational skills needed.

Working knowledge of Florida Court procedures preferred.
