About the Role

In the Twin Cities we are looking for experienced Owner Operators or Sales Managers to take over existing insurance agencies. This position includes a $500 monthly marketing bonus and up to 300% monthly bonuses, this is on top of renewal commissions. These books available generate $144K - $550K per year/ $12K-$46K monthly in residual income. We have 3 retiring this year and need to find business minded professionals to take over!

This role involves taking over existing insurance agencies and managing operations effectively to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Create a business plan and strategy for operations
  • Strategize sales initiatives for high performance
  • Oversee all operations of the business from start to finish
  • Engage proactively with customers and prospects to increase sales
  • Increase brand awareness through advertising and marketing
  • Manage customer relations to improve return customers
  • Negotiate and manage supplier contracts
  • Screen and interview candidates for job openings

Qualifications

  • Proven practical experience in the same business area of operations
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of business management and operations
  • Excellent customer service and ability to build rapport
