Silliman Group, the design and construction arm of a fast-growing real estate organization, is looking for a skilled Appliance Repair Technician to join our team. This role is critical to delivering a high-quality living experience for our residents by ensuring appliances are repaired quickly, correctly, and efficiently.

⚙️ What You’ll Do

You’ll be the go-to expert for keeping appliances operating at their best.

Diagnose and repair appliances, with a primary focus on washers and dryers

Install appliances and connect to existing power and water systems

Identify and select appropriate parts from inventory for repairs

Perform repairs to bring appliances back to full working condition

Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts, and service activity

Partner with your team to deliver fast, flexible, and high-quality service

Maintain tools and equipment in safe, working condition

Support inventory tracking and ordering of necessary parts

Participate in ongoing training to expand your skillset

🧰 What You Bring

3–5 years of appliance repair experience (diagnostics + hands-on repair)

Strong troubleshooting skills, especially with washers and dryers

Customer-focused mindset with a professional and courteous approach

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Valid driver’s license + vehicle (required for travel between properties)

Ability to safely lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical work daily

Basic tools and knowledge of safe tool usage

$30/hour + $500 sign-on bonus
