HTI is hiring HVAC Technicians for PAI Pharmaceuticals in Greenville, SC. Pay is up to $35.00/hour per hour depending on experience. These are Full-Time, Non-Exempt positions. What You Need:
- High School diploma or GED equivalent plus 2 years of experience in building HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and minor construction maintenance and repairs. An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities is also acceptable.
- Type I, II, & III Refrigeration License is required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Products.
- Experience in a Maintenance and/or Manufacturing high-speed environment is preferred.
- cGMP and GDP experience required.
What Your Role Will Look Like:
The HVAC Technician will be responsible for performing skilled and complex daily activities in the maintenance, repair, and construction of facilities and other structures, including HVAC systems. The essential duties and responsibilities listed below are representative of those required for the HVAC Technician:
- Perform complex maintenance and diagnostic services on HVAC systems, including heat pumps, geothermal heating and cooling systems, and repairing heating systems, hot water heating, and steam condensate pumps.
- Estimate and procure compatible materials and tools required to perform maintenance, repair, and construction-related functions.
- Maintain appropriate work records and documents, including work orders and formal and informal inspections.
- Prepare and process daily work reports, inspection reports, work orders, requisitions, and sketches.
- Plan the layout of wiring and install wiring and watertight conduit.
- Inspect facilities to identify maintenance and repair requirements and priorities.
- Respond to emergency and non-emergency service calls, diagnose problems, and make minor repairs.
- Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for department HVAC questions, and perform reviews of department SOPs, recommending changes as needed.
- Ability to interpret electrical diagrams and drawings.
- Ability to initiate and close a Work Order in the Blue Mountain software system.
