How You’ll Contribute:
Kaufman Rossin is seeking a highly organized, self-directed Administrative Assistant to support our Entrepreneurial Services team. This position requires the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a very fast-paced environment in office. Our ideal candidate is good with people, displaying a positive attitude and professional demeanor. This is an on-site position, in our Miami office, 5 days/week.
Support department with routine administrative duties including travel coordination, calendar management, appointment scheduling, and expense reconciliation
Review, direct, and respond to correspondence
Draft engagement letters
Assist with client onboarding and related account opening processes
Filing, copying, scanning, and faxing
Managing all client shipping via FedEx and USPS
Billing assistance
Tend to reception as needed
