Wellness Account Administrator

Serving as the primary point of contact for large national clients, the full-time hourly Wellness Account Administrator will manage accounts, coordinate on-site health fairs, handle supply orders, and ensure timely communication and support while working standard business hours remotely. Key responsibilities Responding quickly and accurately to client communications Managing overall account responsibilities, including supply ordering and coordinating health fairs Collaborating with multiple departments to provide timely support to clients Required qualifications Associate's Degree 2 or more years of applicable customer service experience 2 or more years of proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
