In your role as Head Barista & Coffee Shop Shift Supervisor, you will manage daily store operations, oversee food and beverage preparation, and assign duties to team members. It's your responsibility to ensure that all company guidelines and quality standards are consistently met.

Key Experience
- At least one year of experience in a retail or customer service management position, with two years preferred
- Minimum one year of experience in team supervision, coaching, or training
- Strong organizational skills and effective problem-solving
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a goal to increase sales and performance
Core Requirements
- Dependable attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to work scheduled mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Commitment to food and beverage protocols, cash-handling, and safety standards, with or without reasonable accommodation
- At least six months in roles serving customers directly
- Experience preparing menu items and adapting for dietary restrictions
- Minimum six months managing or coordinating tasks among team members
