Supervisor-Security Operations Center

The Security Operations Center (SOC) Supervisor provides leadership, operational oversight, and coordination for a 24 hour operations center supporting security, safety, emergency response, and customer service and dispatch functions. This position is responsible for supervising daily SOC activities, guiding real time decision making, and ensuring effective incident management in alignment with established policies, procedures, and best practices.
