Main Responsibilities

• Drive Traffic: Actively approach walk in customers and confidently engage in conversations with them to understand their needs.
• Close Deals: Identify customer needs and overcome objections to sell phones, plans, upgrades, and accessories.
• Execute Activations: Confidently handle activations and number ports with high attention to detail.
• Own the Floor: Represent the brand with ultimate professionalism, energy, and zero hesitation.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of Wireless Sales experience (Required).
• Language: English & Spanish
• Availability: Comfortable working retail hours, including weekends.
• Mindset: Extreme initiative. If you wait for opportunities to happen, you will not succeed here.
