Duties

• Perform preventative maintenance on residential and light commercial HVAC systems
• Inspect equipment and identify potential issues before they become costly repairs
• Diagnose minor system problems and complete repairs when appropriate
• Test and optimize system performance for maximum efficiency and comfort
• Educate customers on system condition, maintenance recommendations, and available solutions
• Promote maintenance agreements and replacement options when beneficial to the customer
• Maintain accurate service records and vehicle inventory
• Deliver exceptional customer service on every visit

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of HVAC maintenance experience
• EPA Certification (or willingness to obtain)
• HVAC technical training or trade school preferred
• Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills
• Excellent communication and customer service
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
