Banquet Captain (On-Call)

The Banquet Captain ensures the quality presentation of food and beverages to guests; ensures all guests’ needs are met, including proper service and is responsible for the setup and tear down of equipment for meetings and/or food and beverage functions in the banquet and training rooms.
