Product Management & Marketing Director

The Customer Experience Director oversees the following functions- Product Management and Inside Sales for Elgin Sweeper and Marketing for Environmental Solutions Group (ESG) within Federal Signal. Objectives of the position are to drive product roadmaps based on customer feedback and input, ensure that orders are properly managed by bridging customer needs with operations, ensuring exceptional customer support, and leading effective marketing that is well-integrated with product management and technology development.
