Cannabis Retail Sales Associate

Secret Garden is a fast-growing, vertically integrated (Retail, Cultivation, and Manufacturing) cannabis company looking to hire a Budtender for our Cannabis Retail Store operations.

Job Title: Budtender

Salary: $15 - $17 an hour plus Tips

Key responsibilities include:

• Working in all aspects of Secret Garden’s Retail Cannabis Store
• Interacting with customers to help find the best product for them
• Following Secret Garden’s sales procedures
• Following Secret Garden’s compliance policies and procedures
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Knowledge about cannabis
• A positive, outgoing personality
• Strong communication skills
• Able to work a flexible schedule
• Ability to accurately count cash and give change
• High School Diploma or equivalent

Physical Ability:

• Ability to reach, bend, and stoop frequently
• Must be 21 years of age or older

Licenses:

• State of Alaska Marijuana Handler’s Permit
• Anchorage Municipality Food Handler’s Card
