Position Highlights

• Neuro-focused IPR at a non-profit hospital system (Orlando FL)
• Open to new grads with an IPR rotation and experienced IPR clinicians
• Predominantly neuro caseload: stroke, TBI, SCI, amputee rehab, multi-trauma

• Sustainable load: 4-6 patients/day, 60-90 min sessions, ~6 contact hours/shift
• Advanced rehab tech, private rooms, 23 days PTO

About the Role

Nealy Pierce is partnering with a non-profit hospital system in the Orlando area to hire a full-time Inpatient Rehab PT. It's a permanent, hospital-based role with a neurologically complex caseload, modern rehab technology, and a culture built around mentorship and team-based care, led by senior IPR therapists. You'll work on a collaborative interdisciplinary team of experienced PTs, OTs, and SLPs in a recently updated clinical space. The sign-on can be applied directly to your loan servicer, and the package includes annual merit increases, a wellness bonus up to $500, a weekend differential, and an employer-contributed retirement plan.

Qualifications & Requirements

• DPT or MPT from an accredited program, active or pending state PT license
• New grads with a relevant IPR rotation and experienced IPR PTs welcome
• Acute care PTs with a relevant inpatient rotation strongly considered
• Confident communicator with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
• Team-first, servant-leader mindset
