Hotel Supervisor

The Hotel Supervisor will report directly to the Hotel Manager and assist in overseeing the daily operations of the Front Desk and Concierge, ensuring the highest standards of service, Guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency. Hotel Supervisor must understand and execute AAA service standards. This role will address Guest concerns promptly, develop Team members and ensure compliance with company policies and federal regulations. The Hotel Supervisor will deliver an exceptional Guest experience by upholding the Jamul Casino Resort’s mission and values, embodied in the acronym F.I.R.S.T. (Fun, Integrity, Respect, Service, Team).
