Position Summary

The Director of Nursing is responsible for overseeing all clinical operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, maintaining the highest quality of patient care, and providing leadership and mentorship to nursing staff. This role serves as a key member of the leadership team and plays an essential role in advancing our commitment to exceptional home health and hospice services.

Key Responsibilities

Provide strategic and operational leadership for nursing services

Ensure compliance with state, federal, Medicare, and accreditation requirements

Oversee clinical quality improvement initiatives and patient outcomes

Recruit, mentor, and develop nursing staff

Collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, and executive leadership

Monitor and maintain clinical policies, procedures, and standards of care
